“A lot of times medical professionals feel the need to present perfection at all times. It’s not attainable and gives me (or any patient/client) a false sense of how things should be. Thank you for the candid moments. For being real and honest. For being a super mom that isn’t perfect but is certainly proving it’s ok if you do the best you can! Thank you for being the warrior that openly cares and shows concern and support and all the other emotions our sessions tend to drag up! Thank you for being you… the newest person taking space in my mind and making faces, sarcastic remarks and rolling eyes when I don’t get it right. But also cheering, dancing, singing old songs and clapping when I do! Thank you for always reminding me you have my back”  former client of Kara’s
