Payment and co-pays are collected at the time of service, a credit card is kept on file. Most insurances are billed through Headway. For other insurances or other payment methods, a super bill can be created at your request.

Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your insurance provider customer support line to verify your coverage and reimbursement for psychotherapy services. A summary bill can be provided at any time.
We contract with Headway to manage many of the larger insurance providers’ claim submission, billing and copayments. You will be provided a link to see your specific account, your co-insurance, co-pays, etc.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
- What am I required to pay for each session?
Payment
Accepted forms of payment: check, HSA, and all major credit cards. For those insurance companies affiliated with Headway, you can make payment directly to your account.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
