    We use a patient portal for ease of access to your telehealth link, scheduling appointments, completion of HIPPA forms, etc. You may request email reminders for appointments from this portal. If you forget your password, your therapist can reset your access at any time.

    We use Headway to manage most of my billing and admin work so I can place all of my focus on our work together. Headway manages everything related to payments and most insurances (Optum,  and Sentara Optima, as well as EAP and self pay )  to make things as easy as possible for you. After you provide your initial contact information, the Headway team will reach out via email to help you set up your account and add your insurance and payment details. You’ll see your cost/session ahead of time and can check your benefits any time. You can reach the Headway team directly through their contact form. They can help with any insurance, billing, or account questions.
